To delete an item, change the quantity to zero and then click the Recalculate button. To return to the order form, click Continue Shopping.
To increase the quantity of an item, enter the quantity you need, click the Recalculate button. To return to the order form, click Continue Shopping.
When you're done shopping, click the Check Out button and you will be directed to our Secure Server to enter you billing and shipping information
When we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the UPS Tracking Number. If you do not provide a valid email address, you will not receive a copy of your order or your tracking numbers. Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time shipping via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or Three Day Select will ship the same day. Orders shipping UPS Ground will ship within two business days.
You are responsible For the accuracy of the orders you place using this order form. We will ship your order exactly as we receive it. Please be accurate on your items, quantities and shipping methods. Once an order has shipped, there is nothing we can do to change it.
PetSafe and Innotek Product Orders over $2,000.00 SHIPPING To A Single ADDRESS and shipping by UPS Ground are shipped freight paid. All other orders are charged shipping charges based on the weight of the items ordered and the delivery destination.
Orders must be pre-paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Money Order or Certified Funds. Personal and/or Business checks are accepted however your order will be held until your check clears your bank. This normally takes 10 business days.
